Help Desk Technician I/II

This Level I/II Help Desk position will provide support for Microsoft and Apple workstation systems. Technical responsibilities include, but are not limited to: installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems, and providing technical support for a large number of Windows workstation environments via phone, hands-on and remote access.
Qualifications include: Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems including Windows 7.0, 8.0, 10, Server 2008R2 and Server 2012R2; knowledge of wired and wireless networking technologies. Virus removal, malware removal, hardware and software troubleshooting and PC installation.
The minimum qualifications are a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of relevant experience working with and supporting Windows operating systems. Candidates for this position must have demonstrated experience and success working both in a collaborative team environment and independently. This position requires attention to detail, excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong troubleshooting abilities. Candidates must be skilled at organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple tasks with little to no supervision. Candidate must be a US citizen.
